How to make Coconut Ladyfinger Recipe – Nariyal Bhindi Sabzi Masala..

The Bhindi Nariyal sabzi is very easy and quick to make. Bhindi is one of the favourite vegetables in my home. I also enjoy making different type of bhindi nariyal like a simple bhindi sabzi. Talking about bhindi curry Indian style. Here is an easy recipe of bhindi nariyal sabzi with step by step pictures.

Ingredients of Bhindi Coconut Recipe:-

  • Ladyfinger (Bhindi) 500 gram
  • Cooking Oil 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic 2 tablespoon
  • Green chilli 3-4 pcs
  • Dried red Chillies 2-3
  • Mustard seeds 1 teaspoon
  • Fenugreek seeds (methi dana) 1/2 teaspoon
  • Coriander seeds 1 teaspoon
  • Coconut scraped 1/2 cup
  • Tamarind pulp 1 tablespoon
  • Onion cut two tablespoon
  • Salt to taste

Method of Bhindi Coconut Sabzi:-

STEP-1 All Bhindi 3 min to 5 min under running water and wash the bhindi thoroughly.

STEP-2 Slice the bhindi cut round pieces ¼ to ½ inch all bhindi.

STEP-3 Open heater put the phan heat two tablespoons of oil in a phan and add garlic and saute till golden colour.

STEP-4 Add bhindi pieces stir well and cook uncovered for three to four minutes.

STEP-5 Add lastly add salt as required and stir well, On a low flame, Steam the bhindi till they are cooked in the between keep on checking and stirring the bhindi.

STEP-6 When the bhindi is cooked, add ¼ cup of fresh grated coconut stir and cook for a few minutes.

STEP-7 Garnish bhindi bhaji with few chopped coriander leaves and Serve bhindi bhaji with roti or with dal-rice etc.
