· 2 Cups paneer cubes
· 1 Big onion
· 1 Capsicum
· 1 Tomato
· 4 Table spoon muster oil
· 1 Table spoon garlic paste
· 1 Table spoon ginger paste
· ½ cup thick curds
· 2 cup Kashmiri red chilli powder
· 2 cup coriander powder
· 2 cup chat masala powder
· ½ garam masala
· 1 table spoon Kasuri methi
· Salt to taste…
All the ingredients mix under marinade in to a bowl and Add paneer, capsicum, onion, tomato it. The paneer in the marinade till the cubes are carted well cover and set aside for at least half 1 hour or up to 2 hours.
Preheat oven to 220°C/430°C 12 minutes before ready to cook , place a cooking rack oven a roasting pan and set aside.
Skewer paneer cubes alternation with onions, capsicum and tomato. This should make about four to five skewers.
The skewers on the cooling rack and back for 15 minutes turning once half way after 13 to 15 mints.
